Jarred Smith helps bring KyHealth's pharmacy network to life by supporting a practical, patient centred fulfilment pathway. As Chief Resident Pharmacist, Jarred represents the connection between KyHealth's online care model and the trusted pharmacy support patients need after a prescription is issued.

His role helps ensure that pharmacy workflows, stock availability, prescription information and fulfilment processes are aligned as KyHealth grows its partner network across Australia.

Simple process

How the pharmacy network works.

After a KyHealth consultation, eligible prescription information can be routed to the appropriate pharmacy partner — from consult to delivery.

Consult

Book and complete a telehealth consultation with a KyHealth registered clinician.

eScript

If eligible, a prescription is issued electronically and routed to the pharmacy network.

Payment

The patient receives payment and fulfilment instructions from the partner pharmacy.

Pharmacy

The pharmacy partner prepares and checks the order, ready for dispatch.

Delivery

The patient receives their medication with tracking and pharmacy support available.
